King County Partners’ Rethinking Care Reports
The RTC Program is dedicated to improving health care quality for Medicaid beneficiaries with complex and high-cost health care needs. CHAMMP has conducted a series of analyses to assess the program’s impact on improving quality of medical care and reducing medical costs.
