Research Program Evaluation Training About Us

One of the core objectives of the CHAMMP center is to carry out cutting edge research focused on the development, testing, and implementation of evidence-based interventions for patients with addictions, mental illness, and medical vulnerabilities. The most advanced research is that funded by federal agencies and foundations after being subjected to highly critical review by top scientists and experts in the field. CHAMMP is proud to have a cadre of affiliated investigators who have independently attained funding from the top research agencies and foundations, including:

  • National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)
  • National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA)
  • National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA)
  • Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
  • Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)
This strong scientific component provides a balanced complement to CHAMMP efforts focused on training, dissemination, and program evaluation. Please click on individual investigators and topic areas to learn about current research as well as recently completed projects.
